KOVARA COMPUTE INDEXContract exposure
Where do your GPU contracts sit against the market?
Enter what you pay for GPUs. Each contract is compared with the Kovara market reference, and the page shows when it ends or needs notice.
What this page does
You rent GPUs under contracts. This page checks, contract by contract, whether you pay more or less than the market, and when each contract ends or needs notice.
- Enter your contractsGPU model, how many, price, on-demand or committed, end date. Paste rows from a spreadsheet or choose a CSV file.
- Each one is compared with the marketThe Kovara Compute Index reference for that GPU: the median hourly price across providers, shown in the strip below.
- You see the gap and the datesHow far above or below the market each price is, in % and in dollars a year, and when each contract ends or needs notice.

What the references are. 4 of 4 available references are indicative calculations, not published fixings. Every result below says which kind it was marked against. A series with no eligible value is shown without one and is never replaced by an estimate. Values as of 2026-10-04 09:32 UTC.

Paste rows from a spreadsheet or choose a CSV file. Each row is one contract line.
A price within this band of the reference is shown as in line. Default 5%.
How to read this
- The reference is a cross-provider median for a defined market. It is not a quote that any one provider will give you, and a contract above it is not necessarily overpriced for what it includes.
- On-demand contracts are compared like for like. A committed contract is compared with the On-Demand reference as a break-even view, because a commitment is expected to price differently. It is never called overpayment.
- Annual figures are the price gap times GPUs times 8,766 hours, which assumes every GPU runs for a full year. They size an exposure. They are not a forecast or a saving anyone can promise.
- Capacity, support, networking, egress, storage, setup fees, SLA and payment terms are not compared. Check them before acting on any gap.
- No currency is converted and no missing term is filled in. A contract that cannot be compared says why.
- This is market information for procurement planning. It is not investment, financial or legal advice.

- Optional
- referenceprovidervariantgeographygpus_per_nodestart_dateend_datenotice_daysauto_renewsutilizationas_ofsource_note
- Price units
- gpu_hour, node_hour, gpu_month, node_month. A node price needs gpus_per_node. A month is 730.5 hours.
- Contract type
- on-demand, committed (reserved, term), spot or other. Only on-demand and committed are compared.
- Variant and geography
- Name the form factor (SXM) and one of Global, North America or Europe for an exact match. Anything left out is compared more broadly and says so.
- Dates and numbers
- Dates as YYYY-MM-DD. Decimals with a dot. Put quotes around a value that contains a comma, such as "1,250". Utilization as a percentage from 1 to 100.
- Currency
- Any three-letter code is kept. Only USD prices are compared; nothing is converted.
- Limits
- Up to 2,000 rows and 1,000,000 characters.
