Onboarding
Six steps. Access, identity and published supply are reviewed separately, so every provider on Kovara earns its place.
Sign in to a Kovara account and tell us who you are: your legal company name, HTTPS company website, your role and why you're authorised to represent the provider.
Kovara reviews every application by hand and replies with a note. Once approved, you get a private supplier workspace with an Admin, Editor or Viewer role.
Confirm your legal name and business domain with an authority attestation. No documents to upload. Approved verification earns the Verified Provider status for 365 days.
Kovara registers your offerings as canonical records: GPU, region, deployment and commercial type. You see exactly what buyers see.
Share attributable price, availability or capacity claims. Accepted claims become Kovara evidence with a confidence grade and keep your listing current.

Checklist
Supply evidence
Submit attributable claims in three types. Each one is reviewed, graded A to D, and ages on a clear clock.
Price, currency and unit (GPU/hour, instance-hour, GPU/month or instance-month), plus optional contract type, deployment and term.
Available, Limited, Unavailable or Unknown, with an explicit GPU quantity whenever supply is available.
Cluster size, allocation, tenancy, topology, earliest start and how long the claim is valid.
Nothing moving? Use Reconfirm unchanged to copy your latest accepted claim into a fresh draft, attest it and send it for review.
Receiving demand
Inquiries arrive with the requirements (GPU, quantity, geography), a response deadline and the fields the buyer needs. Answer with a structured response: price, fees, minimum term, availability, lead time, tenancy, SLA and support terms. Save drafts and submit when ready.
Verified providers with fresh, accepted capacity can broadcast it to buyers on Kovara for 1 to 72 hours, and withdraw it at any time. A broadcast is visibility, not a reservation or contract.
When a buyer selects you, an award notice lands in your workspace. Acknowledge receipt, then move into commercial follow-up and deployment. Acknowledging is not a contract.

Provider FAQ
Anyone with a Kovara account who is authorised to represent a compute provider. Every application is reviewed by a person at Kovara, and you can apply up to five times a day.
No. Workspace access, identity verification and publication of supply are separate review steps. Your domain is supporting context only, never automatic proof.
You'll see a review note explaining why. If the status is “needs information” or “rejected”, you can edit the application and resubmit it.
Offerings are canonical records maintained by Kovara so every buyer compares like with like. You submit evidence against them, and ask Kovara through your workspace if something needs to change.
No. Responses to a buyer inquiry stay private to that inquiry and are not treated as public market evidence.
No. Acknowledging an award notice confirms you received it. It is not acceptance of commercial terms, a reservation or a contract.
Admins manage integrations and everything else, Editors submit evidence and verification requests, and Viewers can see the workspace without changing it.
