Trust & data
Every number on Kovara should answer three questions: where did it come from, when was it checked, and how sure can you be? Here is how we make sure it does.
Where the data comes from
Offerings on Kovara are built from tracked provider records. Each one keeps its sources and the date it was last checked, and prices keep their original unit next to any normalised value, so you can always see what the provider actually published.
Freshness
Markets move, so age is always visible. Supply evidence from providers ages on a fixed clock, and our live market view counts a record as current only if it was checked within the last 30 days.

Provider price evidence
When provider evidence goes stale it stops counting as verified supply, and any live capacity broadcast built on it is taken down.

A published price is not a capacity reservation. Kovara keeps evidence, availability and contracts clearly apart.
A provider's submission is shown as its attributable claim, not as verified market truth.
Provider verification
The Verified Provider status is granted by a person at Kovara after reviewing the company's identity. It is never granted automatically from an email domain, and it expires after 365 days unless renewed.

Access to workspace data is enforced in the database itself, so only the people it belongs to can read it.
A provider's response to an inquiry is visible to that inquiry only, never published as market data.
Conversations and saved preferences belong to your account. Ask Kova to forget anything, any time.

Kova runs on Anthropic's Claude models and answers from Kovara's records, looked up live while you watch. Your conversations are not used by Kovara to train AI models.
