Kovara for teams
Plan the GPUs your models need, decide together, request capacity from providers and keep track of it all, in one shared place built for AI teams.
Inside the workspace
Everything a team needs to buy GPUs together, in the same sidebar every member sees.
What needs attention today: open requests, replies, missions and the next step.
Your workloads sized into GPUs, months and money, against budget and runway.
One channel for the whole organization, kept with the work.
Shared requirements sent to providers, with every reply side by side.
Sign-offs before anything is committed.
Sourcing support from Kovara when you want help finding capacity.
The offers your team tracks, with how fresh each one is.
Who is in, what each person can do, and the full history.
How a team uses it
Describe the company and add what you will train and serve. The plan sizes every workload and prices it against the tracked market.
Work through the decision board: GPU type, reserve or rent, term, region, providers. Record each choice and why.
Turn the plan into a request in one click. Providers reply; the team compares the answers together.
Approve, follow delivery and keep watching the market for the GPUs you depend on.
Compute plan
Tell the plan about the company once: budget, runway, where data may live, how long you would commit. Then it lays your workloads out month by month and tells you, in plain words, what you need and whether it fits.
You need up to 48 GPUs at the same time, in March.
About $0.9M with good deals, $1.2M at typical prices.
It fits your budget, using 78% of it.
Next: confirm capacity.
Workloads
Add a training run, a fine-tune, a model in production, a research pool or batch jobs, from a template or from scratch. Each one is sized on every GPU Kovara tracks, so you can see what the same job costs on H100, H200, B200 or MI300X.
Compute: 6 × 7B × 1,000B tokens = 4.2e22 FLOPs Speed: 989 TFLOPS × 40% = 396 TFLOPS per GPU GPU-h: 4.2e22 ÷ (396 TFLOPS × 3,600 s) = 29,474
Decision board
Which GPU, one type or several, what to reserve and what to rent, how long to commit, where to run, which providers, who signs off. Each card shows our suggestion and the evidence. The team records what it chose, and why.
How much to reserve, rent by the hour, or run on spot?
Working together
Describe the GPUs you need once. Kovara matches the request to providers, and every reply lands where the whole team can compare it.
One channel for the organization, next to the work. Owners and Members post, Viewers read, and messages stay as they were written.
Commitments are hard to undo, so they get a sign-off first. Everyone can see what is waiting and who approved what.
Market watch & Compute Desk
Market watch follows the offers your team cares about and shows how fresh each one is. The Compute Desk is there when you want Kovara to help source capacity.
Team & controls
Add teammates by their Kovara account. Three roles, the same rules everywhere in the workspace.
Private by design
Only active members of the organization can open its requests, plan, decisions and chat.
Workloads are archived, not deleted, and chat messages cannot be edited afterwards.
Every change to the plan is recorded with who made it and when.
Prices come from tracked public offers. Where there is no data, the plan says so.
Questions
Only the active members of your organization. Requests, the compute plan, decisions and the team chat are shared inside the team and nowhere else.
From the current public offers Kovara tracks: active, published and not archived, one price per provider. Where nothing matches, the plan says so instead of estimating.
No. Listed prices are not reserved capacity. The plan tells you what to ask for; a request to providers is how you confirm it.
Yes. Viewers see everything the team sees but cannot change requests, the plan or the members.
Workloads are archived, not deleted, chat messages cannot be edited, and every change to the plan leaves an entry in its history.
Create an organization, add teammates by their Kovara account email, and open the Compute plan. Templates get you to a first plan in minutes.
